I'm no poet, but I think the uses of the word "baby" make it slightly corny, as well as the line "I'll climb a mountain or run a marathon".
"Your laugh, your kiss,
your love, your hugs."
I like that line. It flows nicely.
Also:

The subtitle says this is your ex. We've been together? How about we were together?
